PAYMENT
You can pay by PayPal, which is quick and secure. You can use PayPal to pay with most credit/debit cards, without having a PayPal account.
You can also pay via STRIPE. Stripe is a third-party payment processor, meaning they process credit card transactions from a portfolio of different businesses into a single merchant account (an account used to accept
credit card payments)
DELIVERY
From December 2024 we will only deliver to the UK.
We aim to dispatch all goods that are in stock within 2-3 working days from the order date. JEMIMA SARA will contact you if there is going to be any delay. Where applicable the customer is responsible for any duty and taxes that may occur. If the item is returned back to us it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the redelivery. Due to new regulations we now only do UK Delivery. Please note that once your order is posted, it is your responsibility to get in touch with the carrier if your product needs to be redelivered to you.

Is your order trackable?
It depends on the order. For all merch (t-shirts, hoodies, postcards, posters etc) NO. For artwork or limited edition prints YES. If you have not received your tracking number for your artwork, please get in touch info@jemimasara.co.uk.
Can you book a time slot?
Unfortunately not, our courier cannot offer this service.
OTHER INFO
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. We will endeavour to keep the site fully updated by adding new products and removing old ones. If your order cannot be fulfilled we will notify you with alternative options.
UK orders are posted by Royal mail, Evri and DHL. Please bare in mind shipping can take longer at busy times such as Christmas. International orders are sent by Airmail and other third party couriers, delivery times below are an estimate based on quotes and can take longer, especially at busy times. Please be aware that any import taxes are to be paid by the customer.
EU CUSTOMERS
Due to the UK no longer being apart of the EU there are now some new changes when you buy from businesses. From December 2024 we will only deliver to the UK. We are currently looking into the best shipping solutions but

RETURNS
We hope you will be happy with your item, but if for any reason you are not then please contact me within 14 days
of receiving your item to arrange a refund or exchange, please contact me in the first instance by email info@jemimasara.co.uk. Unfortunately we cannot refund the return postage costs unless an item is faulty.
